The London Company, LLC is pleased to announce that J. Brian Campbell, CFA, Principal, Portfolio Manager has assumed the additional responsibilities of co-portfolio manager for four of the firm’s strategies: Small Cap, SMID Cap, Mid Cap, and All Cap 25. In his expanded role, Brian will provide more focused support to Founder and CIO Steve Goddard, sharing in the leadership of these strategies while remaining actively involved in all strategies.
“I am proud of what we have accomplished over the first 25 years of The London Company,” Steve noted. “As we look to sustain and build for the future, this is a timely and logical next step in our long-term progression.” He added, “Brian has been a valued member of the team for nearly a decade, and has made strong contributions across the board. He is recognized and respected as a team thought-leader and skilled stock picker, with deep and broad knowledge about markets and stocks. I am confident his experience and record will serve us even better in this expanded role.”
Brian reflected, “I am humbled and grateful to be part of such an exceptional organization. I also am extremely proud of what we have built yet even more excited for what the future holds.” Brian joined The London Company in 2010 and has nearly two decades of investment experience. He received his BBA (with honors) from the University of Kentucky, and his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Brian is a charterholder and member of the CFA Society Virginia and the CFA Institute.
