The London Company is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership group, awarding initial equity ownership to three members of the investment team: J. Brian Campbell, CFA, Mark E. DeVaul, CFA, CPA and Jeffrey E. Markunas, CFA. Additionally, Chief Operating Officer Melissa A. Carlucci was awarded increased equity ownership. Brian, Mark, Jeff, and Melissa have made important contributions to The London Company since joining the firm, and this partnership participation both recognizes and anticipates their past and future contributions to the Company’s record of growth and performance. From its founding in 1994, The London Company has grown to over $12.8 billion in total entity assets* through a singular focus of downside protection while delivering notable risk-adjusted performance across its strategies.

This expansion of the partnership increases the number of employee equity holders from four to seven, pursuant to The London Company’s previously announced equity plan. In reference to the awards, Stephen M. Goddard, CFA, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, commented, “By providing equity participation to our key contributors, we are further aligning the management team’s long term interests with those of our clients and providing the necessary incentives to retain and motivate our most important resource, our employees.”
